Professionalism

This session aims to set out what professionalism looks like in everyday practice and how these fit within Primary Care multidisciplinary teams.

Covering professional regulation, from professional identity, governance and accountability to safe management and delegation in teams. This will include professional accountability and working as a safe, trusted healthcare professional. We will examine being a role model to other healthcare professionals in the delivery of safe patient care, and how to manage and raise professional issues within practice.
