  • Training sessions and/or webinars attended
  • Training sessions and/or webinars booked
  • Funding requests for CPD courses (such as Advanced Practice, Non-Medical Prescribing or any other course requested on the Request Funding page) etc.
    • Funding requests include the course name, course provider, course cost, and the reason for requesting funding
    • Sometimes, we may ask for additional information to support your funding request, such as a statement of support from your manager
    • Some funding requires that we keep a record of the invoices for that funding
    • Some funding requires that we keep a record of your progress on the course
  • Any other applications you make on our website, such as applying for an apprenticeship

Information we collect as you browse our website

Every time you visit our website, we collect analytic information to help us improve our website. This analytics information is stored on secure servers. We may collect:

  • You have requested funding for a CPD course on our website
  • You have filled out any other form on our website

We may also receive personal information indirectly from the following sources in the following scenarios:

  • From a Higher Education Institution (HEI) when you apply for a course that we are responsible for handling applications and/or funding for
  • From a Local Borough Training Hub, when the information is necessary to delivering a service
  • From our comissioners, local health authority organisations (for example, South East London ICS) and any other partner organisations, where it is essential for the delivery of our services

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Provide you with the services you have requested
  • Provide you with information about the services we offer
  • Carry out our obligations to monitor and report on the development of the South East London primary care workforce
  • Carry out our obligations to monitor where and how funding is being used

We may share some of your information with:

  • Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), when sharing information is necessary to delivering a service
  • Third party training providers, when sharing information is necessary to delivering a service, only when you have requested the service
    • For example, we sometimes share your name and email address with a training provider when you have booked a training session or webinar
  • Our commissioners (including NHS England), for monitoring and reporting purposes
  • Our funding providers, for monitoring and reporting purposes

When sharing information for any purpose, we share only the minimum set of information necessary to deliver the service.

When sharing information for monitoring and reporting purposes, we will only share information that is relevant to the monitoring and reporting we are required to do.

When we do have to share data with external organisations, we anonymise and aggregate your information whenever possible, unless identifiable information is necessary to provide a service that you have requested.
