Team members will learn about relevant employment law and CQC guidance regarding referencing and compliance. Team members will look at some concerning case studies where health care practitioners have not been referenced properly, and in extreme cases where qualifications and compliance information have been falsified by third parties before this information has been uncovered much further down the line
