SSSA Training

This training will equip your nurse with the fundamentals of teaching and supporting learners in practice according to the NMC Standards for Student Supervision and Assessment

About the event

This is a 2-day course - both days must be attended in full and attendance will be tracked. The dates for this course are:

  • Tuesday 24-Sep-2024

  • Tuesday 01-Oct-2024

Those who complete the course will be allocated a student nurse placement to host within 3-6months. By attending this course it is assumed that you have the support of your practice manager in hosting student nurses and that you will inform your practice manager of any upcoming placements. Additional follow-up sessions and guidance will be available to further support you when you start hosting students. More details will be discussed during the course.
