Training Needs Analysis 2025

You told us what matters - here’s how we’re responding

Every year we ask primary care colleagues across South East London to share their learning and development needs.

A Training Needs Analysis (TNA) helps us understand what training is most valuable to you, so we can make sure our programmes stay relevant, practical, and accessible.

This year, 603 staff (290 clinical, 313 non-clinical) took part, representing 13% of the workforce invited.

Your feedback is already helping shape our 2025–26 training calendar, ensuring every part of the primary care workforce can access learning that fits around you.
