If you’ve identified a learning need, either as an individual or as a practice/PCN, that isn’t addressed in our current training programme, we’d love to hear from you.
Please use this form to submit a learning request. All submissions will be passed to our team for review and consideration.
Unfortunately, we are no longer able to accept applications or provide funding for individual courses/training. We do, however, welcome and appreciate input about what training gaps exist within South East London so that we can work to rectify this.
