Hannah Crowther

My main role is to promote and place BSc student nurses in general practice by working closely with nurses, practices and universities.

Having had my final student nurse managerial placement in general practice, and then going on to work within that practice as a qualified GPN for 8 years, I understand how vital it is for student nurses to experience working in primary care. By introducing them to general practice as a student they are much more likely to choose it as their first destination career choice on qualifying….. and god knows we need more practice nurses!
