Practical support for general practice teams across South East London

Primary Care Thrive is a programme of practical support, training and development for general practice teams across South East London, delivered in partnership by South East London ICB, South East London Workforce Development Hub (SELWDH) and Londonwide LMCs.

Developed in response to what practices and their teams have told us they need, Primary Care Thrive brings together support across practice operations, workforce and leadership, digital and data, quality improvement and patient care.

The programme is for the whole practice team, with webinars, courses, resources, career development opportunities and direct support for practices available throughout the year.
