Support Level Framework (SLF) Programme documents

As part of the work undertaken with the SLF programme, the LTTDH CIC has collaborated with Lambeth Practices to produce the following documents:

• SLF Directory of Resources – a comprehensive list of resources identified through SLF process to support Practices. To obtain a copy of the SLF Directory of Resources, email Lttdh@selondonics.nhs.uk
•  “You asked, we delivered!” (July 2025) – a document collating queries from practices, providing clear responses, and enabling shared learning across practices through common solutions.

Practice Development Programme
