An updated GPN Pay, Terms and Conditions reference document is now available for guidance purposes.

This guidance is intended to support practices when recruiting staff and discussing pay progression and benefits. Further discussion or clarification is welcome.

Upcoming Training (SELWDH)

South East London Workforce Development Hub (SELWDH) is offers a range of upcoming training opportunities for health and social care staff across Lambeth. These sessions are designed to strengthen skills, build confidence, and support the delivery of high-quality, inclusive care for local communities.

PLT update: 2026-27

An INT self-choice Protected Learning Time (PLT) will be piloted in June 2026 as part of our move towards integrated working within Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs).

October 2026, January 2027, and March 2027 PLT sessions will continue to be delivered at PCN level.

PCN PLT groups have been rotated across these dates to ensure fairness and equitable access. PLT dates remain unchanged.

We are seeking feedback from practices to assess how well this approach works.
