The LTTDH CIC team has produced a range of valuable resources designed to assist staff across various aspects of their roles.
Lambeth primary care staff are encouraged to explore a new interactive digital Careers Pathway designed specifically for non-clinical and personalised care roles within General Practice.
Developed to support individuals at every stage of their career, this resource aims to inspire and enable staff to take the next steps in their professional development. Whether you are new to your role or looking to progress, the pathway provides clear guidance on opportunities for growth, learning and career progression.
The careers pathway also supports practices and teams to build a culture of continuous learning and development, helping to strengthen the wider workforce and improve staff retention.
We encourage all Lambeth primary care staff and managers to take a look and share this resource within their teams to support ongoing development and workforce growth.

The purpose of this guide is to provide SPLW’s with access to national resources in a single, convenient location to support their ongoing professional development and career progression.
