Over the past three years (2023-2025), non-clinical staff also benefited from in-person wellbeing-focused Protected Learning Time (PLT) events. These have featured motivational talks and a range of activities, such as singing, dancing, drawing, painting, yoga and drumming, all designed to support health, wellbeing and team connection.
In November 2025, we hosted our first joint in-person PLT event for both clinical and non-clinical staff at Brixton House. The programme combined wellbeing sessions – including drumming, yoga, and painting – with “Chat and Learn” opportunities delivered by local charities. The event was very well received, with staff expressing a strong desire for more opportunities to come together, feel valued, and continue building a supportive and collaborative workforce community in Lambeth.
We are committed to promoting equality, inclusivity, and the reduction of inequalities—both for our patients and for our workforce.
