I bring over 14 years experience as a Business/Practice Manager, alongside a total of 19 years working within the Primary Care sector.
Throughout my career, I have led complex operational and strategic initiatives, drawing on extensive expertise in HR, finance, customer care and performance management. I have a proven ability to develop and motivate teams, manage change effectively and align people, processes and resources to organisational objectives. My experience in strategic planning, budgeting and project delivery has enabled me to support sustainable service improvement while maintaining a strong focus on quality, governance and stakeholder engagement.
I bring a collaborative, solutions-focused approach and am committed to driving improvement, supporting others to succeed and delivering outcomes that add long-term value to organisations and the communities they serve.
In my role within the Training Hub, I am responsible for planning the agenda and leading the delivery of Non-clinical PLTs. Additionally, I oversee all non-clinical training offers available through LTTDH, ensuring they align with practice needs. Collaborating with Lambeth Practice Managers, I aim to ensure that the organised training contributes to a sustainable future workforce.
