Overview

The Lambeth Together Training and Development Hub (LTTDH) works in close partnership with the South East London Workforce Development Hub (SELWDH), which operates at Integrated Care System (ICS) level. Staff working across Lambeth are able to access and benefit from the full range of workforce, training and development support provided by SELWDH.

The Lambeth Together Training and Development Hub is funded by NHS England through an independent, non-profit Community Interest Company (CIC).

The Community Interest Company is overseen by a Board comprising:

Our aim

In line with the NHS England Long Term Workforce Plan, our aim is to support the development, retention and sustainability of a skilled, resilient and flexible primary care workforce. We work to ensure staff are supported, developed and enabled to thrive within the systems in which they work, contributing to high-quality, safe and person-centred care.

Meet our core team

The core team leads the coordination of workforce education and development across Lambeth GP practices. This includes the delivery of training and Protected Learning Time (PLT), and partnership working across the system, and targeted support to address local workforce priorities and future workforce needs..
